In late August I went trekking through the south of Iceland. Over the course of four days, myself and two others covered
50 miles of terrain, climbed over 10,000 feet and descended 8,000, saw beautiful and diverse landscapes, and
made memories that will last a lifetime. Oh, and we took a bunch of pictures.
This interactive photo map gives you a tour of our hike, starting in the south at the waterfall Skogafoss,
snaking northward, ending in Landmannalauger.
Iceland truly is an amazing country. I can't wait to go back.
